1. General Policy

At Samdosh Ayurveda, we strive to provide high-quality consultation services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy.

2. Consultation Fees

The consultation fee is ₹499 per session. This fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

• Before Consultation: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time
• Technical Issues: If we are unable to provide the service due to technical problems on our end
• Service Not Provided: If we fail to deliver the consultation as promised
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice by mistake

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• After the consultation has been completed
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled time
• If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice
• If you are dissatisfied with the advice provided
• If you experience technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device problems)
• After the diet plan has been delivered to you

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel and request a refund:

• Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment
• Send an email to samdoshayurveda@gmail.com or call +91-9289025965
• Provide your booking details and reason for cancellation

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
• It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund

7. Rescheduling

Instead of canceling, you may reschedule your consultation:

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before your appointment
• You can reschedule once without any charges
• Contact us to arrange a new time slot

8. Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. We will review each case individually and may offer exceptions to our standard policy.

9. Follow-up Support

The 7-day follow-up support included in your consultation package is not separately refundable.

10. Dispute Resolution
